Laojia Erlu 老架二路
Lao Jia Er lu (Old Frame Second Road) is often called Cannon Fist. Er Lu is a more complicated form with more firmness and less softness than Lao Jia Yi Lu. This form emphasizes swiftness, hardness, high jumping and low sweeping, and rapid releases of power.
